Our SECOND Anniversary!!!!

Seems like yesterday we were down in a cave
getting married....

yet here we are; celebrating TWO glorious years of wedded bliss!

December Festivities

We were blessed to be able to absorb the Christmas Spirit this year by many events, despite the distractions of numerous incidents which caused lots of worry.

We celebrated this special time of Jesus' birth by:
* Selecting our tree (a BIG one!) as has become tradition at the Boy Scout farm just down the street!
* Jim, Cindy, and Lydia enjoyed the awesome light show of Suwanee Celebration of Lights in Live Oak.
* Tallahassee's annual Celebration of Lights under the Park Ave Oaks, as is tradition (as well as Dorothy Oven Park! -- although I didn't capture any pics).
* a pre-Christmas family get together before Blake left for Atlanta.
* a celebration in Ft. White with Grandma and Grand Jim, Great-Grandaddy, and David and Beth.
* a welcome home party for Jared - our HERO!
* Christmas Day
* and a great Happy New Year - sans Blake tho' :-(

Thanksgiving 2009

Jared wasn't here :-(
Blake wasn't here :-(
Lydia wasn't here :-(

But Jim, Cindy, and Caleb were ever so Thankful to be with family on Thanksgiving Day in Ft. White (sorry Mom and Jim and Homestead family, but it is 'lovingly' referred to as "Ft. White-Trash!".) They all missed out on a Delicious dinner and a wonderful time.

Happy Birthday Lyd!

Despite getting very sick (fortunately not the Swine Flu!), Lydia managed to enjoy her 14th year celebration of blessed life here on Earth!

Wow, time flies..... 14 years ago it was "baby Lydia"... which over the years evolved into "bubba Lyd", "bobber Lyd", "BOB", "Robert", and now "Robere".... who could've seen that coming?

Happy Birthday, my precious daughter. I love you!

Halloween 2009

Can't explian why more pictures weren't taken.... guess the abundant goblins were out and about!

Jared came HOME!!!!!!!

It's always a joy to have all the kids home together. Jared came home for 4 days (spent a few more with Dad) before his highly-likely-potential-deployment to Afghanistan. It was great that he saw not only the immediate family, but Grandma and GranJim as well as cousins Tristan and Miel!

2009 Fall Assortment

A nice trip to Lake Ella, Caleb had a road trip to Tampa (for a music fest), Grandma Reynolds had a birthday, and Lydia experienced her first high school formal dance! WOW!
